Macau entry list hits 36 with the addition of William Lok

The entry list for this year’s Guia Race 2.0T at the Macau Grand Prix now stands at the maximum possible of 36 entries, after Star Team have been granted an additional entry.

The Chinese team, which runs as a privateer in the China Touring Car Championship’s Super Cup 2.0T class, has added a second Mercedes-Benz C260 for Hong Kong driver William Lok at the prestigious race in the Chinese Special Administrative Region.

Lok qualifies for the race having driven the Mercedes earlier in the season in the CTCC, and will pair up with the UK’s Adam Morgan on November 20th.

The addition of Star Team’s second Mercedes means there are six CTCC Super Cup 2.0T cars entered against 30 TCR-specification cars at the event.
