CCTV footage of Attila Tassi’s monster Salzburg crash released

The TCR International Series has released video of M1RA Honda driver Attila Tassi’s Turn 9 crash at the Salzburgring circuit, which saw the 17-year-old’s car written off ahead of this weekend’s race.

The crash occurred 40 minutes into the one-hour second test at the Austrian circuit, which was put down to sudden understeer.

The team are attempting to source a spare car for the Hungarian to take part in this weekend’s races, but as this will effectively count as an engine change, he’ll be forced to start from the back from the first race.
