First video of the new Ford Mustang Supercar at Phillip Island

DJR Team Penske has completed a second test with the new Ford Mustang Supercar at Phillip Island with drivers Scott McLaughlin and Fabian Coulthard.

“Being a part of this program is very special, but testing the new car here at Phillip Island only adds to that feeling,” said McLaughlin.

“This circuit is one of my favourites, and I always enjoy the challenge of driving here. It was fantastic being able to put Mustang through its paces on the Island.”

Also present at the test was Tickford Racing that will run Mustangs in the Supercars championship next year.

The next step in the homologation tests will be straight line evaluation.
