Tickford Racing first to reveal livery for the new Ford Mustang

Tickford Racing are first out to reveal their livery for the all-new Ford Mustang ahead of the 2019 Supercars Championship season.

“Everyone’s wanted to see the Mustang Supercar in a race livery, and it’s safe to say it looks fantastic in Monster Energy colours. It’ll still be the best looking car on track. I can’t wait to fire it up, and hopefully celebrate some big results in it in 2019,” said driver Cameron Waters, who will drive the #6 Ford Mustang.

Monster Energy is the title sponsor for the fourth consecutive year and the team is keen to bounce back after a difficult 2018 season.

“We’ve developed an excellent relationship with Monster Energy on and off the track the past few years and I’m thrilled that we will get to continue that partnership,” said team co-owner Rod Nash

“Excitement is a word that we use a lot to describe the Monster brand and in this part of the world, there are few things more exciting right now than the Mustang Supercar and what it will do for the Supercars Championship. We’re excited to have Monster Energy involved with such an iconic development of the sport, and we can’t wait to see the Monster Energy Mustang fighting for wins this year.”

Tickford Racing will run three Ford Mustangs this year with Waters being joined by team-mates Chaz Mostert and Lee Holdsworth.
