Kelly Racing confirm Dale Wood and Bryce Fullwood as co-drivers

Kelly Racing has confirmed two further co-drivers for the 2019 Supercars Championship endurance season in the form of Dale Wood and Bryce Fullwood.

Wood is going to partner Rick Kelly in the #15 Nissan Altima, with Wood currently racing in the Porsche Carrera Cup Australia and last raced full-time in the Supercars Championship in 2016 for Kelly Racing.

“Rick and I have shared a lot of experiences together over the years but never a driver’s seat so it will be pretty cool to join a good mate this year for the Supercars enduro series,” said Wood.

“It’s also really cool to be coming back to Kelly Racing, I raced for the team many years ago as a main driver and a co-driver, so it’s great to be able to come back and drive with Rick this year and I’m really looking forward to it.”

Fullwood is going to partner André Heimgartner in the #7 Nissan Altima, with Fullwood currently heading the standings of the 2019 Super2 Championship season.

“It’s really exciting, Kelly Racing is a very big operation and have been in the motorsport game for a long time so I’m really excited to learn from the team and obviously André has had a good year so far and is one of the leading cars in the team. I’m really keen to learn from these people that have a lot more experience than I do,” said Fullwood.

“I think driving an ex-Kelly Racing Altima in Super2 this year will be helpful. This year Supercars have gone back to a linear spring which is what we use in Super2 so that’s going to help quite a lot because in Super2 I haven’t had the experience with the twin spring.”
