James Courtney hit with post-race penalty

James Courtney has been hit with a five-second post-race penalty after the first race of the Supercars Championship weekend at Darwin.

The Tickford Racing driver had finished fourth but is dropped down to tenth position.

The penalty elevates Erebus Motorsport driver Will Brown to fourth position.

Courtney was handed the penalty for a safety car restart procedure breach.
