Fabricio Pezzini announces split with PMO Motorsport

Reigning TCR South America champion Fabricio Pezzini has announced that he is splitting with PMO Motorsport two race weekends into the 2023 season.

The Argentinian driver has had a mixed start to the season and is currently placed sixth overall with a pair of fourth place finishes as his best result.

Pezzini has announced that he is going to reveal further news on his future plans in “a few days”.

“I want to announce my split from PMO Motorsport and I’m very grateful to the entire team for everything achieved in all this time. We will continue working to see how my career continues within TCR South America, in a few days we will have news,” wrote Pezzini on social media.

PMO Motorsport entered four Lynk & Co 03 TCRs for the first round with drivers Pezzini, Rafael Suzuki, Frederick Balbi and Walter Hernández, an entry which was reduced to three cars for the second round as Hernández did not take part in the round at Rosario.
