PMA Motorsport retains Sandro Pelatti for TCR Italy campaign

PMA Motorsport has announced that it will retain Sandro Pelatti for the 2025 TCR Italy season.

The Audi squad carried Pelatti to third in the Masters Trophy standings last season as he finished 17th overall as partner to title winner Nicolas Taylor.

Pelatti will work alongside Franco Girolami in a bid to improve his fortunes during the season ahead having competed with the Argentine driver at Mugello recently.

“I am happy to announce my participation in the 2025 TCR Italy for the second year in a row with the Modena-based team PMA Motorsport,” he said.

“This year too, I will have the current TCR European champion Franco Girolami as my coach, whom I thank for his continuous commitment to helping me grow and improve despite my age!

“We will try to improve our results achieved in 2024, even though in the pre-season tests, I almost always drove on a wet track. However, we are confident after last week’s victory at Mugello during the first race of the TCR European Endurance season.”
