Will Davison confirmed to leave Erebus Motorsport

Will Davison has been confirmed to leave Erebus Motorsport after the 2015 V8 Supercars season.

Davison joined the team ahead of the 2014 season in a multi-year deal and is currently placed 16th in the drivers’ championship Erebus Motorsport issued the following statement today:

”Erebus Motorsport has today confirmed that driver Will Davison will finish his tenure with the team at the end of this year’s V8 Supercars Championship.

In a mutual agreement between both parties, Davison will fulfil his existing contract to the team for the remainder of this year’s Championship before moving on at the end of the year.”

There has been no official information on Davison’s whereabouts for next year, but strong rumours indicate that he is going to take the vacant seat of Tekno Autosports in the 2016 V8 Supercars.
