Stefano Comini secures TCR Italy drive at Imola

Stefano Comini will return behind the wheel for the first time this season, driving with his own team Race Republic in the TCR Italy championship at Imola this weekend.

The Swiss will drive a Honda Civic FK2 TCR, sharing it with Luca Segù, and has started the weekend strongly, setting the third fastest time in the first free practice session.

Comini last drove a Subaru for his own team and a Honda for Autodis Racing by THX in the 2018 TCR Europe series, finishing 12th overall with fourth place as his best finish.
