Philipp Eng fastest in Driver B free practice at Pau

M1RA Romeo Ferraris’ Philipp Eng was the fastest driver in the Driver B free practice at Pau Arnos on Friday morning.

The Austrian set a fastest lap time of 1:23.102, beating the Cupra of Zengo Motorsport’s Mattias Ekström by 0.265 seconds.

Tom Chilton was the fastest of the Hyundais Veloster N ETCRs in third place, 0.382 seconds behind Eng.

Jordi Gené took the second Cupra e-Racer to fifth place, with Jean-Karl Vernay closing the classification with a Hyundai Veloster N ETCR 1.449 seconds off the pace.

The Round 1 of the ETCR Pool A Battle 1 is scheduled for 14:05 CEST.
