Aggressive Team Italia confirms Hyundai Elantras for TCR Italy campaign

Aggressive Team Italia has bought four Hyundai Elantra N TCRs from Sebastian Loeb Racing ahead of the 2022 season and plans to challenge for the TCR Italy crown.

The team fielded a single Hyundai i30 N TCR last year for former WTCR driver Kevin Ceccon who finished as runner-up, a single point behind champion Antti Buri.

“Our goal will be to chase the title in TCR Italy that we missed by just one point with Kevin Ceccon last year,” said Mauro Guastamacchia, team manager of Aggressive Team Italia.

“We will also keep an eye on the European scene where we hope to be present this year. We will reveal the drivers and our complete programme soon.”

The team has currently got one of the Elantras up for sale and is yet to confirm the number of cars for TCR Italy this year.
