Fabricio Pezzini switches cars as Paladini Racing expands with two Audis

Paladini Racing has acquired two Audis alongside their existing Toyotas for the remainder of the 2023 TCR South America season.

Reigning champion Fabricio Pezzini, who switched from PMO Motorsport to Paladini Racing earlier this season, will drive one of the Audis in the coming race at Riviera in Uruguay.

“The truth is that I am very happy. First of all, for the welcome I have had to the team, I am very grateful to Víctor Rosso, “Colo” (Juan Ángel Rosso), the engineers and the mechanics,” said Pezzini.

“I felt at home with Paladini Racing in the Termas de Río Hondo Endurance race that I was able to run as a teammate with Fabián Yannantuoni. Now that I’m going to start running with this car, it obviously renews my expectations a lot.

“I think the Audi has very good potential. We aim to work very hard, that’s the idea. It is a new challenge for which I am prepared. I think we will be able to meet expectations because the team has a lot of experience and the car works well.”

The two existing Toyota Corolla TCRs will be driven by Fabián Yannantuoni and Juan Ángel Rosso while the driver for the second Audi RS 3 LMS will be revealed “in the coming days”.
