Jake Hill focused on bouncing back at Snetterton

Jake Hill is hoping to return towards the front of the field at Snetterton in the British Touring Car Championship this weekend after enduring a challenging last outing at Brands Hatch.

The Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport driver enjoyed a fine start to the campaign at Donington Park as he claimed a brace of podiums however things were a lot tougher at the following round, where he finished in the top ten just once.

Looking to bounce back in Norfolk, the multiple race winner is optimistic that he can challenge towards the sharp end of the grid in his BMW 330e M Sport – which has enjoyed plenty of success at Snetterton down the years.

“We’ve had a solid start to the season with our podium finishes at Donington Park showing what we are truly capable of,” said Hill.

“Unfortunately, we had a difficult weekend at Brands Hatch but myself and the team have been working tirelessly to resolve those issues so we can come back fighting at round three this weekend.

“The goal for Snetterton is to return to the front of the field and continue our points-scoring momentum. We’ve shown in the previous years that our Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport BMW performs well at Snetterton and we’ve had great success there over the previous years.

“With the hybrid allowance and three tyres to use over race day, it’s going to be a strategic weekend with important decisions to make but I’m fully confident in myself and the team that we’re ready for the challenge!”
