Stewart Lines joins Oulton Park grid

Series promoter Stewart Lines will make a return to competition at Oulton Park after confirming an entry into the latest rounds of the TCR UK series.

Lines will be at the wheel of the Audi RS 3 LMS that has been campaigned by Brad Hutchison for the past two seasons, with Hutchison having switched to a new Cupra this season.

On what will be his 61st birthday, Lines will hope to chase honours in both the Gen1 Cup and the Diamond Trophy.

“I’m glad to be back racing again and will hopefully add something to the grid at Oulton Park,” he said. “I want to say thank you to Martin Hutchison and everyone at MPH for the chance to go racing once more.

“I also want to pass on my thanks and gratitude to Bond It for allowing me to run in their
colours, doubling their presence on the TCR UK grid for the first time this season. I can’t think of
a better way to celebrate my 61st birthday than to go racing at a great venue such as Oulton
Park.”
