Andrew Dyer set for TCR UK debut in Silverstone finale

Andrew Dyer is going to make his TCR UK debut in the season finale at Silverstone this weekend, racing the Hyundai i30 N TCR that Sam Laidlaw previously raced.

“I’m so pleased to announce that I’m making my debut this weekend in TCR UK. Having raced in Audi TT’s for the last two seasons, this is a great chance to step up and try out a touring car for the first time,” said Dyer.

“I’m very grateful to Steve Laidlaw for all his help in getting this together, however, I’m keeping my feet on the ground. My first time in the car will be during the Friday test day, so this weekend is all about learning. If I can take three race finishes, I’ll be very happy.”

Dyer, who has raced in the Audi TT Cup Racing Championship for the past two seasons, will race with his own team ARK Motorsports.
