Silverstone wants BTCC back

When the preliminary British Touring Car Championship calendar for 2007 was introduced Silverstone was left out. However, the second race of the year on April the 22:nd is still to be announced. The Silverstone organisation is working hard to make it back on the calendar.

“Silverstone is working closely with the organisers of the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship to agree a date to host a round of the 2007 BTCC Championship,” a statement from the Silverstone organisation read.
