Turkington snatches his fourth pole

Colin Turkington took his fourth pole position this season at todays qualifying at Brand Hatch Indy circuit.

His margin to second placed Darren Turner was just two thousands of a second. The BMW-driver will now start on the front row for tomorrows three races.
– The car felt great all through practice and qualifying, said Turkington who is chasing his third victory this season. To convert this into a win would give me pole for race two as well.

SEAT’s Darren Turner was second, with Jason Plato and Tom Chilton on the second row.
– I think the closeness of the times are a taster of how competitive it will be tomorrow, said Turner.

Fabrizio Giovanardi came in fifth in a very close grid where only eight tenths seperated the first 16 drivers.
