Adam, Jordan and Vaulkhard penalized
The following three drivers have been penalized after the British Touring Car Championship round at Donington Park: Joathan Adam, Andrew Jordan and Harry Vaulkhard. All drivers have been given a 280 € fine and three penalty points on their licenses for “driving in a manner not compatible with general safety.”
Adam spun around Paul O’Neill in the first race when fighting over fifth position.
Vauxhall man Jordan gave Rob Collard a tap which resulted in a spin in race two. The Vauxhall team appealed against the penalty but to no use.
Vaulkhard spun around Fabrizio Giovanardi at the exit of McLeans, almost identical to the maneuver of Jordan on Collard.
