Adam Jones fastest in second session

SEAT driver Adam Jones set the fastest time in the second test session at Oulton Park. His fastest lap, 1:27.839, was still six tenths slower than Giovanardi’s fastest time in the first session.

Second in the second test session was Team RAC driver Colin Turkington. His team mate Stephen Jelley was only two places down in fourth. Chevrolet driver Jason Plato split the pair. Plato’s team mate Mat Jackson was behind Jelley in fifth.

Fastest man of the first session, Fabrizio Giovanardi, now set the eighth best time, four tenths behind Jones.

The field was very close together. The top thirteen was within eight tenths of eachother.
