Collard and Jordan penalized after fight
Rob Collard along with Andrew and Mike Jordan picked up fines and points on their licenses after an incident after the first race at Oulton Park. Andrew and father Mike Jordan confronted Collard as the duo felt that Andrew was unfairly treated by Collard in the latter stages of the first race.
Reports say that pushing and shoving broke out between the three in the Airwaves BMW pit garage.
The confrontation was broken up and after a lengthy hearing, the MSA Stewards decided to award large fines and penalty points on their licenses.
Due to Mike Jordan’s involvement VXR were also penalized for the incident. This is the second race meeting in a row where Andrew Jordan has picked up penalties.
Also picking up a fine and penalty points at Oulton Park was Stephen Jelley for his contact with David Pinkney in the third race which left Pinkney in the barriers.
