Snetterton 300 goes live
The new configuration of the Snetterton circuit in Norfolk was opened last week, with a special test on Thursday.
I like the new track – the infield section will reward a skilled driver,” said British GT driver Callum Lockie to MSV. “I am really pleased that the Esses hasn’t been changed.”
Photographers have praised the new layout of the track as well.
“The new circuit is fantastic and I’m particularly looking forward to some of the longer races such as the 360MRC six hours and Autosport 3 hours,” said Andrew Kitson. “There’s plenty of time to walk around and take photos of these races at the many new viewpoints of a great circuit. Snetterton is surely now up there with the best in Britain.”
Snetterton will host the sixth round of the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship, after the championship’s usual summer break on August 7th this year.
