Soft tyre choices announced for Snetterton races

The soft tyre choices have been announced for today’s three British Touring Car Championship races at Snetterton.

Championship contenders Colin Turkington, Gordon Shedden and Matt Neal will each use their soft tyre in the opening race, with Jason Plato opting for race two.

With some drivers starting to use up their allocations of tyres for the races, the spread of tyres is more even that usually seen.

The full list of tyre choices is as follows:

Race One: Colin Turkington, Sam Tordoff, Dave Newsham, Mike Bushell, Matt Neal, Adam Morgan, Warren Scott, Gordon Shedden, Hunter Abbott, Jeff Smith, Robb Holland, Andy Priaulx, Barry Horne.

Race Two: Derek Palmer Jr, Aron Smith, James Cole, Josh Cook, Tom Ingram, Stewart Lines, Jason Plato, Rob Austin.

Race Three: Mat Jackson, Rob Collard, Sam Tordoff, Kieran Gallagher, Nicolas Hamilton, Martin Depper, Jack Goff, Andrew Jordan.
