Six cars in action as BTCC teams test at Portimao

Five British Touring Car Championship teams kicked off three days of testing at Portimao today (Friday 26 February), as pre-season activity begins to gain momentum.

Six cars over the five teams participated in the first day, with both Motorbase Performance Ford Focuses of Andrew Jordan and Mat Jackson in action, alongside the Mercedes-Benz A-Class pairing of Ciceley Motorsport’s Adam Morgan and Aiden Moffat in the Aiden Moffat Racing machine.

Finally, Tom Ingram and Rob Austin put a pair of Toyota Avensises through their paces, for Speedworks Motorsport and Handy Motorsport respectively.
