Soft tyre choices announced for Oulton Park raceday

The soft tyre choices have been announced for today’s three British Touring Car Championship races at Oulton Park, with the majority of the 32-car field opting to run the soft rubber in the first race.

Eighteen drivers will run the soft tyre in the first race, including polesitter Colin Turkington in the Team BMR Subaru Levorg and his fellow front-row starter, Eurotech Racing’s Daniel Lloyd.

The current joint championship leaders will be running split strategies, with West Surrey Racing’s Rob Collard running the soft tyre in the second race and Team Dynamics’ Matt Neal running it in the third.

Race One: Colin Turkington, Michael Epps, Alex Martin, James Cole, Daniel Lloyd, Jake Hill, Martin Depper, Jack Goff, Adam Morgan, Mark Howard, Warren Scott, Gordon Shedden, Jeff Smith, Josh Cook, Andrew Jordan, Stewart Lines, Jason Plato, Ash Sutton.

Race Two: Mat Jackson, Dan Welch, Chris Smiley, Rob Collard.

Race Three: Rob Austin, Aiden Moffat, Matt Neal, Aron Smith, Ollie Jackson, Hunter Abbott, Tom Ingram, Kelvin Fletcher, Matt Simpson, Sam Tordoff.
