Isidro Callejas joins Volcano Motorsport for 2022 TCR Europe season

Volcano Motorsport has confirmed that Isidro Callejas will drive for them in the 2022 TCR Europe season.

“Extremely happy to announce that this year I will be racing in TCR Europe with Volcano Motorsport. Thank you to all people who made this possible. Looking forward to start of the championship,” wrote Callejas on his social accounts.

The 17-year-old made his TCR Europe debut last year with Brutal Fish Racing Team and finished eleventh overall with one podium finish at Zandvoort.

Callejas is going to drive a Cupra León Competición this year while his team-mates at Volcano Motorsport are yet to be confirmed.

The team fielded three Cupras last year for Mikel Azcona, who has joined Hyundai for 2022, Evgeni Leonov and Klim Gavrilov (season finale only).
