Gordon Shedden loses race one podium

Gordon Shedden has lost his podium in the first BTCC race of the weekend after a penalty for contact with Adam Morgan.

Shedden was handed a three place penalty for the incident that saw Morgan retire after a spin exiting Lodge.

It means the Team Dynamics driver slips to sixth in the result, and promotes Rory Butcher onto the podium.
