Ma Qing Hua and Dušan Borković hit with penalties

Ma Qing Hua and Dušan Borković have been handed post-race penalties following incidents in the first race of the joint TCR World Tour and TCR Europe weekend at Spa-Francorchamps.

Target Competition driver Borković has been handed a three-place grid penalty after hitting Mikel Azcona and Ben Bargwanna at Turn 1, incidents which ultimately resulted in the retirement of Borković and Bargwanna.

Lynk & Co Cyan Racing’s Ma Qing Hua has been handed a five-second time penalty for turning around Aggressive Team Italia driver Mikael Karlsson at Turn 1, an incident which saw Karlsson dropping down to finish 20th.

The penalty drops Ma Qing Hua from eleventh to 14th position in the results.
