Marco Butti moved to back of the grid following engine change

Marco Butti has been demoted to the back of the grid for Saturday’s opening TCR World Tour race in Macau following an engine change.

The Italian driver, drafted in for BRC Hyundai N Squadra Corse for this weekend, crashed out in Q2 in qualifying and sustained irreparable damage to the engine of the car.

As a result, a change-out has been required, which nets Butti a penalty that drops him to the back of the grid. He was originally slated to start 12th.
