Two from two for Josh Files in the first round of TCR Germany

Josh Files took another victory in the reversed grid race of the TCR Germany series in Oschersleben, starting sixth on the grid, but converting that into another win, taking victory in his Target SEAT, finishing less than a second ahead of HP Racing driver Harald Proczyk’s SEAT.

Target Competition had a strong race with Jürgen Schmarl completing the podium in third, ahead of Racing One Volkswagen driver Benjamin Leuchter fourth, with Mike Halder fifth in the Engstler SEAT.

The best placed Honda was that of Steve Kirsch in seventh, while the only car to retire from the race was Pascal Eberle in the Steibel Motorsport SEAT.

The next round of the championship takes place at the Sachsenring on 1st May.
