Kim Lund joins TCR Scandinavia field at Anderstorp

Danish racer Kim Lund is going to join the TCR Scandinavia championship field at Anderstorp this weekend with Madbull Racing.

The 48-year-old is going to drive a Cupra TCR DSG and the last time he drove a front-wheel driven car was in 2016 when he claimed his second straight Yokohama SuperCup Denmark title behind the wheel of a SEAT León.

“I am glad to be back at Anderstorp where I last raced in 1994 on two wheels and I am really looking forward to drive a front-wheel driven car again,” said Lund to bilsporten.dk.

Lund’s entry brings the total up to 15 cars for the race weekend at Anderstorp. Madbull Racing has not stated whether they will enter any further rounds of the 2019 TCR Scandinavia championship season.
