Cupras on maximum compensation weight for Skellefteå
The Cupras are again carrying the most compensation weight this weekend at the Skellefteå Drive Center, following the performances of Robert Dahlgren and Mikaela Åhlin-Kottulinsky across the first two rounds of the season.
The PWR Racing Cupras are carrying 60kg of compensation weight, while Dahlgren is also carrying an additional 20kg success ballast as a result of scoring the most points last time out at Anderstorp two weeks’ ago, which makes his blistering pace in Test 1 where he was 1.6 seconds clear all the more impressive.
The Audi RS 3 LMSs of Brink Motorsport are carrying 40kg compensation weight, while all other models are permitted to run ballast-free this weekend.
Tobias Brink is running with an additional 15kg of success ballast after a strong weekend at Anderstorp, with Andreas Ahlberg carrying 10kg on his Micke Kågered Racing Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR.
