Audi and Honda drop weight for Sachsenring season finale

The cars from Audi and Honda are alone in dropping compensation weight for the TCR Germany championship finale at Sachsenring this weekend.

The Audi RS 3 LMSs will drop 10kg while the Honda Civic Type R FK8 TCRs will drop 20kg, joining all cars but the Hyundais on 0kg of compensation weight.

The Hyundai i30 N TCRs will continue to be alone in running the maximum compensation weight of 60kg at Sachsenring.

All other cars remain on the same compensation weight level as in the previous round at Hockenheim.

Four drivers are in contention for the 2019 TCR Germany title, including current points leader and Hyundai driver Max Hesse (377), manufacturer colleague and reigning champion Harald Proczyk (363), former points leader and Audi driver Antti Buri (356) and Honda driver Mike Halder (334).
