TCR UK confirm postponed season start

The TCR UK organisation has confirmed that its season start at Silverstone will be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Motorsport UK, the national motorsport governing body for the United Kingdom, today suspended all organising permits until at least April 30th in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, also affecting the first three BTCC rounds.

The TCR UK season start was scheduled for April 17-18th and has instead been moved to Croft on June 6-7th, provided no further restrictions are applied.

A revised date for the Silverstone round is currently being investigated.
