Åhlin-Kottulinsky fastest in Gelleråsen test two as Dahlgren hits trouble again

Mikaela Åhlin-Kottulinsky topped the second STCC TCR Scandinavia test at Gelleråsen Arena as her PWR Racing team-mate hit technical issues again. Dahlgren still managed to set the second fastest time – just 0.084 seconds behind.

Lestrup Racing Team driver Oliver Söderström, who topped the first test was second fastest, three tenths behind.

STCC veteran Mattias Andersson was fourth fastest ahead of Volkswagen rivals Mikael Karlsson (Lestrup Racing Team), Hugo Nerman and Andreas Ahlberg (Kågered Racing) in positions five, six and seven.

Brink Motorsport team-mates Kevin Engman and Tobias Brink claimed positions eight and nine, with Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR driver Robin Knutsson rounding off the top ten.

Dahlgren only managed five laps until something in the drivetrain broke and he had to be towed back into the pits, leaving the PWR Racing team racing against time to get the car ready ahead of qualifying that starts at 16:25 CEST.
