Söderström beats Strandberg by 0.003s in drying Gelleråsen practice

Oliver Söderström beat Dennis Strandberg by three thousands of a second in a drying final STCC TCR Scandinavia practice session at Gelleråsen Arena where the times tumbled at the very end.

MA:GP driver Mattias Andersson was third fastest, 0.263 seconds behind, with reigning champion Robert Dahlgren, who topped the first session, in fourth.

Tobias Brink was fifth fastest behind the wheel of his Audi RS 3 LMS II while independent Volkswagen driver Marius Solberg Hansen, who topped the session initially, in sixth.

Isac Aronsson of Exion Racing and Christian Skaar of Team Auto Lounge Racing rounded off the top eight.

Next up for the STCC field is qualifying, starting at 16:35 CEST.
