Audi Sport completes comprehensive test in Spain

Audi Sport joined its fellow manufacturers in the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters in Monteblanco for the first collective test of the 2016 pre-season. The Ingolstadt squad had a busy week completing more mileage than its rivals.

Mattias Ekström and Jamie Green were on duty for the three days with their respective RS 5 DTMs. The pair completed over 3,200 kilometres, dominating the timesheets on the first two days.

Audi tested several setup and fine tuning aspects of the RS 5 DTM in preparation for their next step in the agenda, the official collective ITR tests in Hockenheim, from the 5th to the 8th of April.

Audi Sport will be retaining their line up for the third season in a row, with some minor adjustments between teams. All eight drivers from Ingolstadt will participate in the Hockenheim tests.
