More bad news for DTM

It looks like DTM could suffer from yet another defeat. First the Moscow street race had to be canned for this year. And with MG facing bankruptcy it looks almost certain that we won´t see them on the grid either.

The latest back fire concerns the French street race Avignon.

A law in France forbids street races, but the French city Pau has an exception on this law and Avignon was hoping for the same. But recently it looks like it won´t go all the way. The mayor Josée Roig of Avignon has written a letter to the ITR expressing her concerns over the matter. The French Motorsport association has approved the race, but the government hasn´t yet.
