Shorter Barcelona to be used

The DTM-organisation has decided to run the shorter version of Circuit de Catalunya. The championship moves on to the Spanish track on the 23:th of September. At first it was planned to run on the 4.627 meter long GP-track.

Instead the shorter 2.949 meter long version of the track will be used and this is the first time DTM ever runs here. The number of laps increases from 37 to 58. With Circuit de Catalunya there is only three races left of this season.
