DTM-stars to Race of Champions

DTM Audi-stars Mattias Ekström and Tom Kristensen are confirmed for this year’s Race of Champions. The organisers revealed the official date for the event today and a number of drivers that will take part. The event will be held in the Stade de France, Paris on December the 16:th.

Other drivers that will take part are Colin McRae, David Coulthard, Jenson Button and Sebastien Loeb. Loeb is excited about representing France once again.

“I’m going to give everything I’ve got to defend my 2005 Champion of Champions title and why not even help secure the Nations Cup again for France after our win in 2004!” he said.
“I’m really looking forward to this year’s event. The atmosphere in the Stade de France is electric; you can really feel the 60,000 spectators cheering you on! For me, it’s a highpoint at the end of the season.”
