Mika Häkkinen tops first test

Mika Häkkinen topped the first Hockenheim testing session of the weekend. The previous F1-champion was 0.035 seconds faster than the newly crowned 2006 DTM champion Bernd Schneider. Third was Christian Abt ahead of Tom Kristensen and Jamie Green.

Thed Björk who makes his second ever DTM race this weekend was 12:th fastest with a time of 1:50.718.
