TouringCarTimes Awards results – DTM

The results of the TouringCarTimes Awards in the DTM category have been very clear. With almost half of the votes, Mattias Ekström has been elected best driver of the 2007 DTM season. His team, Abt Sportsline, received even more votes. With 63% of the votes, they can truely say they were the best team this year.

Audi also won the manufacturers category. Mercedes won the privateer driver and team categories, as well as the rookie driver category. Even though Bruno Spengler finished in second position in the championship, he only managed to get 7% of the votes in the best driver election.
