Gary Paffett excluded from Norisring race

Gary Paffett has been excluded from todays race at the Norisring in Neurenberg, after his car was found to be underweight. After the race, officials concluded after scrutineering that Paffetts car failed three kilos, weighing 1042 kilograms instead of the required weight of 1045 kilograms.

Because of this infringement, Paffett looses the fifth place he scored during todays DTM round at the Norisring. Because of this, Mathias Lauda moves up into eight place, giving him his first point of the season.
