Scheider stays on top at Zandvoort

Audi and Timo Scheider remained on top during the second test of the day at Zandvoort. He lowered his best time compared to the test earlier this day to 1:33.909. Second fastest was team mate Martin Tomczyk ahead of Mattias Ekström and Olivier Jarvis – confirming the Audi dominance at Zandvoort.

Best Mercedes-driver was Gary Paffett in fifth place, 0.383 seconds behind Scheider. Mike Rockenfeller followed in sixth place ahead of Tom Kristensen and home-boy Chistijan Albers in eight. Paul di Resta rounded out top ten behind Alexandre Prémat.

A total of 19 cars took part in the test session and they were all within two seconds around the Zandvoort track. Slowest was Susie Stoddart, 1.993 seconds behind Scheider’s time.
