Kristensen and Paffett on the same time

Tom Kristensen and Gary Paffett managed to set the same time at the Dijon warm up session, down to the very same thousand of a second. Mattias Ekström was third fastest and very close as well. The Swede was only seven hundredths of a second behind Kristensen and Paffett.

Jamie Green was fourth fastest, one tenths of a second behind the fastest time.

Oliver Jarvis and Paul Di Resta was yet another very closely matched drivers in fifth and sixth. Two thousands of a second separated them.

Alexandre Prémat was seventh ahead of the struggling Timo Scheider. The championship leader only managed eight fastest time, over four tenths slower than his championship rival Paffett.

Ralf Schumacher and pole man Bruno Spengler rounded off top ten.
