Paul Di Resta: “This is how we want to continue”

Paul Di Resta took his first Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters victory of the year at Brands Hatch and has emerged as a strong player in the title race.
“It is really great to win here with my friends and family watching the race. I am really happy,” said Di Resta.

Di Resta had pole position and immediately took command of the race.

“I was able to control the race from the beginning and our team did a great job; thank you for that to everybody,” said

The Scotsman moved up to second in the championship and has gained eight points on championship leader Bruno Spengler over the last two races.

“We now found a good rhythm and this is how we want to continue in the upcoming races – let’s wait and see how the championship will end then,” said Di Resta.
