Calendar revealed for DTM 2011

The calendar for the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters 2011 has been revealed, featuring eleven races in six countries. The season starts at Hockenheim in may and ends in Shanghai in november.

Making its comeback to the calendar is the Red-Bull-Ring Spielberg in Austria, previously known as A1 Ring and featured in the calendar between the years 2001 and 2003.

Another new feature is the Munich Olympic Stadium show event. The venue will feature a specially designed circuit, 1,192 metres long constructed and run under the roof of the stadium, which was built in 1972 for the Olympic Games at the Bavarian capital.
