Tomczyk heads Audi 1-2-3-4 in warm-up

Martin Tomczyk headed a Audi 1-2-3-4 in the Shanghai warm-up session. The German lapped the track in 1:00.118, 0.039 seconds faster than young Spanish driver Miguel Molina in second and 0.128 seconds faster than former DTM champion Mattias Ekström.

Timo Scheider was fourth fastest ahead of best Mercedes-driver and title contender Paul Di Resta in fifth.

Markus Winkelhock was sixth fastest ahead of Chinese hope CongFu Cheng. Mike Rockenfeller, Maro Engel and Katherine Legge rounded off top ten.

The session was surprisingly run without incidents and red flags, all cars managed to say on the tarmac.
