Blomqvist and Kristoffersson get Audi DTM test
Tom Blomqvist and Johan Kristoffersson were two of eight drivers that got to test for Audi in the German manufacturer’s yearly DTM young driver evaluation.
The test was held at Monteblanco in Spain last week where the eight drivers got to test an older Audi A4 DTM with Audi drivers Filipe Albuquerque and Miguel Molina as teachers.
Blomqvist was one of three F3 drivers, with Carlos Sainz Jr and Will Buller also taking part in the test. Other single seater drivers present were former F2 driver Miki Monras and Formula Renault driver Nico Muller.
GT drivers Andrea Sonvico, driving in the Italian GT championship this year, and James Rossiter, taking part in the FIA World Endurance Championship for Lotus during 2012, took part in the test as well.
Kristoffersson, who won the STCC and Superstars 2012 title, was the sole touring car driver present.
