Miguel Molina fastest in Hungaroring practice

Miguel Molina was fastest in the DTM practice session at Hungaroring. The Spaniard was closely followed by Marco Wittmann, lapping just 0.028 seconds slower in his BMW M4 DTM.

Timo Glock was third fastest for the MTEK BMW team, three tenths from Molina, and Nico Müller a tenth further behind in fourth position.

Augusto Farfus Jr. made it three BMWs in the top five, 0.471 seconds from the top spot. The third fastest Audi driver was Mike Rockenfeller in sixth position ahead of Schnitzer BMW driver Bruno Spengler in seventh position.

Mercedes once again struggled with Robert Wickens as their top driver down in 15th position, over one second from Molina’s time in the top. The previous race winner Christian Vietoris was in 23rd and last position, over two seconds from the top.
